fish stew
INGREDIENTS
5 Potaotoes, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
3 small-medium sized whole fish – variety, of your choice
1 Lemon
Pepper
Salt
METHOD
Boil potatoes and onions in a large pot of water.
Once soft, add chosen fish to the pot, and leave to boil until cooked.
Once fish is cooked, squeeze the juice of one lemon, salt, and pepper into the pot.
Cook for a further 10 more minutes.
Serve with crusty bread.
